Orders are accepted for addresses in Canada. Orders ship from British Columbia.

Canada Post Xpresspost is $20, or free on orders of $200 or more.
When orders ship
We ship Monday to Thursday, except statutory holidays. Every vial is held cold until it ships. We skip Fridays so your parcel does not sit in a depot over the weekend. Your order ships on the next shipping day after you pay. An order paid on Monday ships on Tuesday. An order paid from Thursday to Sunday ships on Monday. For an Interac e-Transfer, your order ships on the next shipping day after the money arrives. You can cancel your order until it ships.
Delivery times
Xpresspost delivery times are Canada Post's standards, in business days. To British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, delivery takes 1 to 2 days. To Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, it takes 2 to 3 days. To northern and remote areas, it takes 5 to 8 days. Counting starts on the business day after we ship, and skips weekends and statutory holidays. Weather and other factors can add time.
Your delivery date
Each order ships in one parcel, with Canada Post tracking. For your tracking number, email support@aveldenresearch.com with your order number. To find your expected delivery date, add the longest delivery time for your area to your ship date. For example, an order paid on Tuesday ships on Wednesday. To Ontario, the longest time is 3 business days, so it should arrive by Monday. If it has not arrived by then, email us within 7 days. The Returns page explains what we do next.
