Who we are
Avelden Research is run by 1614708 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia company. In these terms, "Avelden", "we" and "us" mean that company. When you use this store or place an order, you agree to these terms. Email info@aveldenresearch.com with any question about them.
Who may buy
The store is for adult laboratory researchers. You must be 19 or older to create an account or place an order. We ship only to addresses in Canada.
Research use
Every product is sold for laboratory research only. Products are not for human or veterinary use. At checkout, you confirm that your order is for laboratory research. You are responsible for handling, storing and using products safely and lawfully. The Research use page explains what product pages and lab reports do and do not show.
Catalog
Product names, images and prices may change. A listing is an invitation to order. It is not a binding offer. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Checkout shows the sales tax for your province and the delivery cost before you pay.
Orders and payment
You can pay by card, by crypto through CoinPayments, or by Interac e-Transfer. Card and crypto payments are taken when you place the order. For an e-Transfer, we ship when the money arrives. If it has not arrived within 3 days, we cancel the order. The order confirmation email means we received your order. We accept the order when we ship it.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order until it ships. Email support@aveldenresearch.com with your order number, and we refund you in full. We may cancel an order before it ships if a price or listing is wrong, an item is out of stock, payment does not arrive, or we believe the order is not for laboratory research. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid. After an order ships, the Returns page explains your options.
Delivery and returns
The Shipping page explains delivery. The Returns page explains what we do if a lot misses its spec, or if an order arrives damaged, wrong or not at all. It also explains how refunds are paid.
Liability
If something goes wrong with an order, you get the remedies on the Returns page. Apart from those, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time, lost data or lost research results. We are not liable for loss caused by using a product outside laboratory research. If the law gives you a right that a seller cannot remove, these terms do not remove it.
Law that applies
The laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada govern these terms and every order. Any dispute goes to the courts of British Columbia.
Text messages
Avelden Research, run by 1614708 B.C. LTD., PO Box 3956, Sechelt, BC V7Z 3A1, sends marketing text messages about offers and product news to customers who opt in. You opt in by adding a mobile number and ticking the consent box. Avelden sends up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email info@aveldenresearch.com. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and START to restart them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The privacy policy explains how Avelden handles your number.

We post changes on this page with a new date. The terms on this page when you place an order apply to that order.
